Next Day Delivery
We want you to welcome your trusty Steed as soon as possible. If in stock, orders received before 12 noon will be processed the same day and delivered within 24hrs. In order to lower our carbon footprint, wherever possible we deliver using our bike trailer. Bike deliveries are £25 and accessory deliveries are £5.
Because your new bike comes in a box it is delivered 85% assembled so you'll need to do things like put the front wheel and seat on. Its super easy and takes about 20 minutes. Check out our easy assembly guide here.

If you live in London and would rather the professionals do the final assembly we can send your bike directly to one of our partner bike shops for assembly and safety checks. More info here.

Our bikes are meticulously designed and manufactured. We have every confidence in their sturdiness and reliability and we want you to have too.
Thats why we offer a lifetime warranty for manufacturer defects on steel frame and fork and 1 year warranty on manufacturer defects for components.
For transit reasons all bikes are delivered 85% assembled. Your warranty will be activated upon professional assembly so just ask your local bike shop to do it. If you live in London we can send your bike directly to one of our partner workshops with locations across London. More info here.

Something not quite right or just changed your mind?
No problem. Hassle free refunds & exchanges are all part of the service.
Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your bike by emailing hello@steedbikes.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging.
If the item is a bike, the bike must not have been assembled. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
