We want you to welcome your trusty Steed as soon as possible. Orders received before 2pm will be processed the same day and delivered within 48 hours.
Because your new bike comes in a box it is delivered 85% assembled so you'll need to do things like put the wheels and seat on. We strongly recommend getting your local bike repair shop to do this for you, but you are of course welcome to do this yourself. Check out our easy assembly guide here.

Your bike for life
Our bikes are meticulously designed and manufactured. We have every confidence in their sturdiness and reliability and we want you to have too.
Thats why we offer a lifetime warranty for manufacturer defects on steel frame and fork and 1 year warranty on manufacturer defects on components.
For transit reasons all bikes are delivered 85% assembled. Your warranty will be activated upon professional assembly so just ask your local bike shop to do it. Be sure to keep the receipt!
Products with moving parts such as hubs, cranksets and wheels that fail due to misuse, lack of maintenance or tampering are not covered. Products subject to normal wear and tear such as brakes, tyres, tubes, handle bars, and seats are also not covered.

Something not quite right or just changed your mind? No problem. Hassle free refunds & exchanges are all part of the service.
Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your bike by emailing hello@steedbikes.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. If the item is a bike, the bike must not have been assembled. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
